Parent's Night Out
Dayspring’s monthly Parent’s Night Out is a way for moms and dads to have an evening to themselves while the kids are well fed, well loved, and well entertained. We offer PNO the first Saturday of every month (with the exception of July and August). Cost is $25 for the first child, $15 for each additional child with a family max of $55. Sign up in the foyer or contact the office to register (must register by the Thursday prior).

Vacation Bible School
VBS 2024 is going to be great! The theme is “Camp Firelight: A Summer Camp Adventure with God.” VBS registration is open for children ages 3 (and potty trained) through those who have just completed fifth grade. To register your child, click here. We always need volunteers to help serve, so if you’re willing please let the church office know.

Child Abuse Prevention
Dayspring wants to make sure we are creating the safest possible environment for our children while they’re in our building, and we also want to create a congregational culture that keeps them safe. Join Jay Kieve, the CBF Abuse Response and Prevention Specialist, as we learn more about how we can protect our children.

Dayspring’s pilot early learning program takes place on the third Friday of every month (excluding June and July). This is for children ages 2 through Kindergarten. Cost is $50 per session, and children will enjoy a day full of play, learning, activities, and social/emotional growth. Contact the office to register.

Belongings Class
This is a three-week class specifically designed for those who are new(er) to the church. The goal of this class is to help people learn more about Dayspring and get to know others better. Led by Chuck Hussing, this class will provide childcare. Please RSVP to office@dayspringstl.com if you’d like to attend. We will also provide coffee and brunch-y treats, because mornings are hard.

Variety Show and Dessert Auction
This is one of the most delightful evenings of the year! Our youth and children host this variety show and dessert auction as a fundraiser for summer camps. People of all ages participate with their skills and talents, and the desserts are quite delectable. The bidding wars are competitive and humorous, so we hope you’ll join us for this delightful, delicious event. It’s a wonderful time of fellowship and fundraising.

Lunch Bunch
Once per month, Dayspring hosts Lunch Bunch. Come fellowship with one another as we enjoy lunch together in Anniversary Hall. Grab some take-out or bring your lunch from home, and we’ll sit around the tables and connect with each other. No Agenda, no expectations—just community.

Project Linus "Make a Blanket Day"
Join Project Linus at Dayspring to help make blankets for children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. Find more about Project Linus here, and contact the office if you’d like to be a part of this day. We will connect you to Joanne C. for all the additional information.

Health of the Church
Health of the Church is our quarterly congregational meeting where we discuss all the exciting things happening at Dayspring (and a few of the more boring aspects of running an organization, too). They are usually short and smooth, and we always provide coffee and treats as we discuss. Join us in Anniversary Hall immediately following the worship service (all are welcome to attend; membership not required).
