Worship

Worship is central to our congregational life at Dayspring.
It is best described as:

Traditional and Liturgical
We value a variety of musical styles, but we sing many hymns and utilize more traditional instrumentation. Our worship follows the seasons of the yearly church calendar.

Thoughtful and Creative
We like to try new things, and we also like to try old things in new ways. We appreciate aesthetics and sensory experiences, and we are not afraid to experiment in worship.

Communal and Participatory
We believe worship should help us engage with the Holy as well as with one another. This can happen in various ways, so we include a variety of participatory elements in our worship.

Sunday Worship: 10:30 am

  • Where: 1001 Municipal Center Drive, main doors

  • Time Commitment: 1 hour

  • Childcare: Yes! Childcare for Babies-PreK opens at 10:15 AM. We also offer Children’s Church for K-3rd graders, which begins halfway through our service.

  • Dress: Dress to feel comfortable.  You will see a variety of style choices from jeans to suits on Sunday morning.  Most kids will be in sneakers.  And during baseball season, it is pretty common to see Cardinals gear.  We don't care what people wear - we just want to worship together.
